**The Role: Junior Resourcer - IT Recruitment**

**Job Functions**:Sales / Business Development

**Employment Type**:Full-time / London

**The Role**:

- Great potential for career progression with the chance to master a specialized market
- You will be one of two new junior resourcers joining our team. Dynamic, young firm in an exciting period of development.
- You’ll be liaising with a whole range of people, getting as much information as possible to make the perfect match, role is primarily phone based.
- Researching prospective clients, identifying decision makers, obtaining contact details, and adding to the system

**On a daily basis you will be**:

- Using the internet and social media to source information and generate leads
- Publishing adverts onto the company website and 3rd party job boards
- Formatting CVs and general administrative duties
- Work towards given targets and key performance indicators

**Your profile**:

- A genuine interest in IT recruitment
- A natural flair for sales
- An extremely confident phone manner
- A strong work ethic
- The ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced working environment
- An excellent communicator with the ability to adapt your approach to suit different industries and personalities.
- A confident networker, and able to demonstrate excellent written, verbal & presentation skills.
- A self-starter who will manage themselves effectively in an environment where you will be given trust, and judged on your success.
- A high level of creativity and initiative.
- Results-driven, and hungry for success.
- Familiarity with online social media networks such as LinkedIn.
- Dynamic, positive, forward-looking.
