An opportunity has become available to launch a rewarding career in Resource Management within a leading global law firm. Our client's established and growing Resource Management team are seeking a dedicated professional to provide essential support across various practice groups. Key Responsibilities: Resource Management Support/Assistance:Collaborate with the Lead Resource Manager and team to provide support across practices and RM initiatives.Understand and track junior lawyer & trainee capability, development goals, and availability.Generate Busyness and Management Information reports, approaching resourcing through an inclusive DEI lens.Work closely with Resource Managers to identify support needs.Staff ad-hoc resourcing requests and escalate challenges when needed.Support trainee and junior lawyer population from a resourcing, pastoral, and developmental perspective.Assist in providing weekly management information and undertake key portfolio and pipeline management tasks. If you have experience in a professional services environment with stakeholder exposure and a background in HR, Legal, Recruitment, or Finance, this role could be for you. The ideal candidate will have strong emotional intelligence, a proactive and resilient nature, with the ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. You will ideally have stakeholder management experience, negotiation and mediation skills, with an interest/background with numerical fluency, data and information analysis, and commercial awareness.
