**Workforce Planning Specialist, People Team**

**Your new role at NewDay**
You’ll be at the forefront of change at NewDay with the ability to make a real impact on our workforce planning decisions. You will use your analytical mindset and curiosity to embed, monitor, and evaluate NewDay’s strategic workforce plan. Collaborating with the People team, Finance team and the wider business, you will determine future workforce needs and measure the effectiveness of workforce planning strategies and communicate key insights to senior stakeholders.

**You’ll deliver**
- An accurate view of end-to-end workforce whilst playing an active role in regular workforce management conversations with key business leads to identify operating model shifts that will enable us to achieve our goals.
Regular reporting to business operating committees and develop impactful presentations for executive-level stakeholders.
Supporting organisational change activity, providing insights to support decisions, crafting business cases and colleague communications.
Analytical support across the Talent team, by uncovering valuable cross-team insights to inform solutions to enhance colleague and organisation capability.

**What you’ll bring**

**We need knowledge, experience + expertise in**:

- A workforce planning or HR transformation/change role, delivering high quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment where priorities change
Effective decision-making skills, balancing the needs of multiple stakeholders.
Analytics, comfortable using data to tell compelling stories to drive business change.
Communication and collaboration across teams to solve business problems.
Strong stakeholder management, being able to communicate messages with confidence and influence senior leadership decision-making.
PowerPoint, Excel and/or Organisation Design systems.

**And would love you to know or learn**:

- Experience with data visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI).
Succession planning and skills mapping
