This is an exciting opportunity to join Legal & General as a Senior Workforce Planning Specialist, where you will play a key role in shaping the future of our workforce. As a member of our HR team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering people reporting, dashboards, and insights to inform business decisions and drive growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development and delivery of reporting, dashboards, and storyboards to inform business strategy and drive performance.
- Provide business-wide data-driven people insights, including conclusions and recommendations, to inform strategy and action.
- Support the delivery of strategic workforce planning, modelling, and forecasting, aligning business plans with capability needs and identifying workforce gaps.
- Drive insights capability development, developing advanced and predictive analytics capability and building insights capability in HR.
- Work with HR Systems and Operations to develop and implement people data strategy, ensuring appropriate data governance, compliance, and integrity controls are in place.
- First-hand knowledge and practical application in designing and implementing complex data structures, strong logic and analytical skills, including data analysis and problem-solving.
- Demonstrable experience in designing and conducting complex quantitative and qualitative analyses that identify trends in workforce behaviors.
- Expert knowledge and practical application of data analytics, visualization, and reporting using various tools, including PowerBI and Alteryx.
- First-hand knowledge and application of predictive modelling and statistical methods, including Python.
- Broad and deep technical understanding of different analytics, tools, and metrics, and experience in communicating them to a wide audience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt communication styles to suit the audience and messaging.
