Senior Workforce Planning Manager

Amazon is a company of builders, and we're looking for a Senior Workforce Planning Manager to join our EU Ops PXT Research & Analytics team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and managing the end-to-end Workforce Planning function across our twelve countries in EU PXT. Your primary focus will be on building labour forecasting models, generating reporting on our progress towards our goals, and owning ad hoc analysis on queries related to Workforce Planning. You will work closely with our finance teams and senior leadership to communicate insights to key business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and maintain Workforce Planning processes and procedures.
  2. Build and maintain labour forecasting models using advanced analytics techniques.
  3. Design and implement reporting solutions to enable stakeholders to make informed decisions.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and specifications.

Requirements
  1. Significant work experience in Workforce Planning, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  2. Advanced knowledge of SQL, Excel, and other data management systems.
  3. Proven ability to work independently and manage expectations outside of a normal team structure.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas simply.
