About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Legal & General's team as a Senior Workforce Planning Specialist. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our workforce.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver people reporting, dashboards, and insights to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Provide business-wide data-driven people insights, including conclusions and recommendations, to inform strategy and action.
  • Support the delivery of strategic workforce planning, modelling, and forecasting, aligning business plans with capability needs.
  • Drive insights capability development, developing advanced and predictive analytics capability and building insights capability in HR.
  • Work with HR Systems and Operations to develop and implement people data strategy, ensuring appropriate data governance, compliance, and integrity controls are in place.
Requirements
  • First-hand knowledge and practical application in designing and implementing complex data structures, strong logic and analytical skills, including data analysis and problem solving.
  • Demonstrable experience in designing and conducting complex quantitative and qualitative analyses that identify trends in workforce behaviours.
  • Expert knowledge and practical application of data analytics, visualisation, and reporting using various tools, including PowerBI and Alteryx.
  • First-hand knowledge and application of predictive modelling and statistical methods, such as Python.
  • Broad and deep technical understanding of different analytics, tools, and metrics and experience in communicating them to a wide audience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt communication styles to suit the audience and messaging.
