Workforce Development Specialist

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Frazer Jones' established and growing Resource Management team as a dedicated professional providing essential support across various practice groups.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the Lead Resource Manager and team to provide support across practices and initiatives.
- Understand and track junior lawyer & trainee capability, development goals, and availability.
- Generate Busyness and Management Information reports, approaching resourcing through an inclusive DEI lens.
- Work closely with Resource Managers to identify support needs.
- Staff ad-hoc resourcing requests and escalate challenges when needed.
- Support trainee and junior lawyer population from a resourcing, pastoral, and developmental perspective.
- Assist in providing weekly management information and undertake key portfolio and pipeline management tasks.
A strong background in HR, Legal, Recruitment, or Finance is highly desirable. The ideal candidate will possess strong emotional intelligence, a proactive and resilient nature, with the ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
About the RoleThis role offers a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
