Edge and Business Intelligence Facilitator

Develop and maintain local portfolio management system EDGE in line with partner requirements and LHP JRO outputs. Work with the EDGE and Business Intelligence Officer to test developed processes for data entry and validation (i.e. confirming proper functioning within the system). Provide expert support for partner organisations on EDGE usability, functionality and management in line with LHP JRO processes and work instructions.

Perform regular EDGE reports across LHP JRO and partner functions. Liaise effectively with all LHP JRO members and partner stakeholders regarding information relating to processes, reporting, databases and the validation of work. Maintain close links with LHP JRO teams and partners including responding promptly to requests for missing and outstanding data/forms. Perform regular, methodologically based systemic checks to validate and verify information on the database(s) in order to produce clean, robust, accurate and complete data set for analysis.

Identify and resolve any missing, incomplete or contradictory data. Generate reports for internal and external stakeholders as required on a regular and ad-hoc basis. Assist in the preparation of reports for presentation. Update and maintain LHP JRO PowerBI Dashboards.

Create and develop new PowerBI Dashboards to meet service and user needs.
