Business Intelligence Analyst / Customer Support Manager

In the role of Business Intelligence Analyst / Customer Support Manager, you will provide essential support to the designated affiliates in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Israel. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading, developing, and overseeing the Learning and Development initiatives across the countries.
  • Managing tools such as CRM systems, Veeva Promo-Mats, Qlik Sense, Board, and generating Sales and Activity reports and dashboards.
  • Facilitating problem-solving and assisting end-users in maximizing the effectiveness and efficiency of the systems and solutions implemented.
  • Conducting thorough follow-ups on implemented solutions to ensure they align with customer quality standards.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and experience:

  • A Degree, Masters, or PhD in Science, Business, or Computing is preferred.
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English is essential.
  • Ability to liaise effectively with:
    • Internal stakeholders, including Country Managers and Sales & Marketing operations.
    • External partners, such as BI and CRM system providers.
  • Demonstrated capability to work collaboratively within a team as well as independently.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Qlik Sense, Power BI) is desirable.
  • Experience with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) tools, such as Synapse, is a plus.
  • Prior experience in the pharmaceutical sector is beneficial.
