Position Overview
We are seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to become a vital part of our expanding analytics team. As the second member of this team, you will be instrumental in fostering an analytics-driven culture within TryHackMe. Your contributions will be crucial in delivering meaningful insights, developing robust analytics solutions, and establishing the foundational elements of our data operations. Key responsibilities include:
- Working collaboratively with various stakeholders to grasp business goals and convert them into data-centric solutions.
- Examining organizational data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas needing enhancement.
- Creating and sustaining data models that facilitate analytics.
- Designing interactive dashboards and visual representations to effectively convey insights.
- Utilizing product usage data to guide product development strategies.
Qualifications & Skills
- 1-2 years of experience in a data analyst role.
- Proficient SQL skills are essential.
- Experience with visualization tools, preferably Tableau.
- Familiarity with data warehousing and modeling is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and communication abilities.
- Experience in a start-up environment is preferred.
