Customer & Office Services Manager - Immediately Required
**Position:
Customer & Office Services Manager**
**Hours:
37.5 hours per week**
**Location:
Brixton (Office/WFH Flexible Working)**
**Rate:
-£21 - £27 per hour**
**Duration:
6 Months (Rolling)**
**Responsibilities**:
- Continually review the operation of the Customer Service function and bring forward proposals for improvement as required
- Act as the organisational lead in dealing with front line customer enquiries and service requests in accordance with policies and procedures, situated upon repairs, rent, ASB, housing management and service charges
- Commissioning and managing works and contracts in relation to offices and meeting line with internal policy, procedures and delegated authorities
- Provide effective and efficient day to day office administration services including facilities management, ordering of office supplies and equipment within delegated budgets
- Lead on Health and Safety matters in offices and meeting rooms including fire safety, gas and electrical safety and workstation assessments
- Assist with the letting of tenanted property, including requesting nominations and sign ups.
- Lead on the effective control of maintenance and other stock and provide support to the Maintenance and Finance Managers.
- Commission and manage projects for service improvement within the scope of the post.
- Directly supervise the Customer Services Officers and Office Cleaner, carrying out regular supervision and annual appraisals
- Undertake any other duties as requested by the Estate Director
**Requirements**:
- Preceding experiences within a Social Housing environment
- Experience prior in dealing with customers on a face-to-face basis
- Previous experiences of managing staff members
