**Job Role**: Administration Officer (Partner Services)
**Salary**: £25,000 Per annum
**Location**: Hybrid/Brixton (with 2 days in office)

**About the Role**
The role of Administrator Officer is to provide a comprehensive, effective and high performing delivery of administration services, especially related to services provided to Ruach City Church (RCC) customers, ministry teams, volunteers and stakeholders, ensuring appropriate confidentiality, data protection and ensure compliance is maintained. Areas of responsibility will include: Baptism, Child Dedication, Funerals, Weddings, Pastoral Administration and Purchases.
You will also be responsible for assisting the Administration Manager with the continued development of RCC administration through the provision of effective and efficient processes and procedures to assure the delivery of high standard and accurate administration records and service.

You will be the first point of contact for all general enquiries and as such the face of the administration team, providing excellence, professional and high-quality customer focused administration services, and establishing and maintaining good working relationships with colleagues, managers and teams to facilitate excellent teamwork.
**About you**
As the Administration Officer you will have a minimum level 3 administration qualification in a relevant field or relevant administration working experience. You will have excellent customer service skills, with experience of providing a professional and efficient service, with proven experience of working in an office/admin/reception environment.
You will have proven experience of delivering a high
- quality customer service to service users, staff, customers, suppliers and stakeholders and have a sound knowledge of office management and administration systems, including the use of Microsoft office specifically at intermediate level in excel/word/outlook.
Knowledge of current data protection legislation is key for this role as you will be expected to adhere to these and to ensure you remain confidential at all times, whilst dealing with sensitive information.
You will be a highly motivated team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate with people at all levels.

The ability to identify and assess administration and Health and Safety risks and experience of working with volunteers or relevant experience of working with people with diverse needs and abilities.
**What we do**
Ruach City Church one of the largest and fastest growing non-denominational Pentecostal Christian churches in Europe. Starting from humble beginnings, with only a handful of faithful members, the church has grown rapidly since its inception in December 1992.
The church is known for hosting interdenominational events which have had an overwhelming success in promoting greater unity within the wider Christian church and community. We have recently celebrated our 30th anniversary and it is an exciting time to be working for Ruach as we look to expand with new dynamic projects.
