**Job Title: Property & Office Administrator**

Mulberry PM is the leading residential block management agent (and the only ARMA registered agent) in York managing over 80 sites across Yorkshire. We are fast growing yet strive to always provide a friendly local professional service. Our staff ensure that we maintain the highest standards for our clients and enjoy the variance of the Property Management sector.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Input contractor invoices for property related work onto our CRM.
- Ensure compliance records for all properties are up to date and book in recurring compliance activities.
- Maintain Company Secretariat software - Inform Direct/Blocks Online.
- Organise client Insurance renewals.
- Arrange Management Company Meetings including AGMs (including invites, locations and documents) with occasional attendance which may be out of hours.
- Arrange internal compliance, surveys and renewals.
- Support internal compliance processes such as maintaining CPD and training records.
- Ensure office equipment is regularly maintained and serviced.
- Manage company vehicles.
- Day to day support to all office staff as and when required.
- Support Directors/Senior Management with ad-hoc requests.

- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written.
- Pro-active, flexible and adaptable approach to work.
- Good written, presentation and numerical skills including Word and Excel IT Skills
- Able to work individually or as part of a team.
- Punctual, reliable and enthusiastic.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Property experience will be an advantage however full training will be provided.
- Always looking to improve current processes and efficiency.

The tasks detailed above are an overview of the work undertaken and not an exhaustive list. We are a small team and there will be day to day tasks which are shared among the staff. Additional work may be required in respect of certain properties dependent upon individual client needs.

Position is Full Time (35hrs), Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm with a 60 min unpaid lunchbreak and is office based. There may be occasional out of hours work to meet the business requirements.
- 25 days annual leave plus 8 days bank holidays.

- Salary £22,000 - £25,000 depending on experience.
