About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Property Manager to join our team at Marmion. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, tenants, and contractors, providing exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, tenants, and contractors, ensuring excellent communication and service delivery.
  • Property Inspections: Conduct regular property inspections, identifying and reporting on any issues or concerns, and ensuring timely completion of repairs and maintenance.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the property management team, including managing gas safety maintenance files, organizing inventories, and authorizing invoices.
  • Contractor Management: Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, ensuring they have the necessary policies and insurance in place.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze reports on property performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Experience: Proven experience in customer-facing roles, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and other administrative software, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Driver's License: Full, clean UK driver's license, with access to a reliable vehicle.
