Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Duties:

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the property management division.

• Draft, review, and refine correspondence, reports, and various documents.

Client Engagement:

• Address phone and email inquiries from clients, tenants, and service providers.

• Maintain and update client files and property management databases.

• Experience in handling commercial property inquiries is essential.

Document Administration:

• Ensure proper filing and accessibility of all property-related documentation.

• Familiarity with file initiation and anti-money laundering checks is required.

• Keep detailed records of property inspections and compliance with safety standards.

Office Coordination:

• Manage office supplies and inventory effectively.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a secretarial or administrative role, preferably within property management or a related sector.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

• Knowledge of property management software is a plus.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
