Join Our Team as a Real Estate Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Real Estate Sales Associate. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, assisting with the sale of properties, and working closely with our sales team to achieve our goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide buyers with access to properties under contract for measuring, inspecting, and other purposes.
  • Respond promptly to buyer inquiries, ensuring timely communication and upholding our agency's standards of client service.
  • Assist clients in determining the best offer price and guide them through the closing process to ensure a smooth and fair transaction for all parties involved.
  • Gather information about potential properties and local communities to answer buyer questions and provide valuable insights.
Qualifications:
  • We will provide support and guidance to help you obtain your real estate license.
  • You should be driven, motivated, and eager for professional growth and development.
  • Ability to spend a significant amount of time driving in your car is essential.
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or the ability to learn new systems quickly is a plus.
  • Independent drive to succeed and ability to complete tasks without supervision are crucial.
Compensation:

$12 - $15 hourly
