Real Estate Sales Listing Agent

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Listing Agent to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for working with clients to stage and market homes that attract potential buyers and their real estate agents, ultimately achieving a quick sale.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute effective listing presentations that highlight key selling points and suggested asking prices for sellers.
  • Collaborate with Buyers' Agents to negotiate contracts and ensure a smooth closing process.
  • Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Conduct market analysis to ensure listing prices are well-researched and competitive.
Requirements:
  • Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone.
  • Team player who believes their success is the team's success.
  • Excellent understanding of the real estate market conditions and how to utilize market analysis.
  • Capable of using CRM software to keep customer information organized and confidential.
Compensation:

$80,000+ at plan earnings.
