Our client specalisies within the Plumbing industry and is a market leading retailer who sell products both in store and online. They currently have a great opportunity for an Accounts Assistant to join their team. This position will be suited for someone who is either looking to start a career with finance or someone looking for a new challenge.

The position is based within the finance department and will report to the AP Management. The role is an initial immediate temporary assignment but will be reviewed permanent.

**Duties**:

- Processing large volume of Supplier Invoices
- Preparation of Supplier Payments
- Processing of Supplier Credit notes
- Dealing with all invoice queries and liaising with Suppliers
- Statement Reconciliation
- Ad hoc duties

Profile:

- Looking for someone who has experience working as an Accounts Assistant or is a recent Accounting graduate
- Experience working in similar Finance / Accounts role
- Strong communication skills - verbally and written
- Good IT skills - across Microsoft Office Packages
