**Job overview**:
The post holder will work closely with the TRI which consists of the General Manager, Head of Nursing for Patient Services and the Clinical Director and the Patient Services Senior Management Team. They will need to use their own initiative and without direct supervision to provide a proactive, comprehensive, high quality and effective senior administrative support to Patient Services comprising of the Outpatient Booking Centre, Health Records and Outpatient areas across sites.

**Main duties of the job**:
The post holder will be responsible for coordinating administration and financial responsibilities key to the division in order to maintain governance, actions and organisation within the staff group. You will also be involved in departmental, and Trust, project work and key departmental initiatives.

Key actions you will undertake will support the staff and patients aligned within the division.

You will have the initiative to actively pre-empt and support the senior team and possess excellent organisational and staff engagement skills. You will independently produce a high quality standard of work that supports the work of Patient Services.

Work with the Quality Manager on matters of Clinical Governance to improve the quality of services provided and to ensure they are provided safely for staff and patients.
