**Role overview**:
We’re proud to be supporting a phenomenally successful Northeast HQ’d on-line fitness and nutrition company with over 70,000 members (and growing rapidly) looking to appoint a Head of Marketing a critical role to support continued business success & growth.

Reporting into our Chief Brand Officer you will take accountability for the design and execution of the marketing strategy. You’ll be responsible for growing our in-house marketing and creative teams and oversee the production of world-class, disruptive marketing campaigns for our digital products, to boost revenue and brand awareness across the board.

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Oversee the design and execution of an ambitious marketing strategy.
- Responsible for growing and maintaining in-house marketing and creative teams, ensuring that work is consistently high quality.
- Oversee the delivery of creative assets such as paid social media video ads, printed advertising materials, website videos and graphics.
- Maintain a deep understanding of customers, the overall market and ensure that our marketing efforts reflect what both current and future members want.
- Develop and manage budgets for all marketing activities, be responsible for overseeing the creation and implementation of all marketing efforts ensuring that marketing remains as disruptive, unique, and engaging as the brand.
- Identify areas for growth and development within the marketing and creative teams, working closely with senior management to ensure that our marketing teams are the best they can be.
- Work closely with our product and development teams to suggest improvements for the digital app and website, ensuring that no marketing or up-sell opportunities are missed.
- You will report directly to the CBO to ensure marketing and creative teams are running smoothly and brand guidelines and timescales are adhered to. You'll also be responsible for producing reports on marketing efforts made.
- You will produce detailed road maps of how the business takes marketing efforts from conception to completion, and update key stakeholders throughout the journey.

**Key qualities & experience required include**:

- Experience in a senior leadership role in an SME essential, ideally in app, tech, or software marketing
- Suitably qualified in both qualifications and experience with the ability to demonstrate continued success in marketing career
- Ability to plan, implement & take accountability for marketing strategies
- Ability to interpret and analyse campaign data to make informed decisions which meet business objectives & financial goals
- Solutions focused and innovative approach
- Ambitious and achievement focused leader
- Proven experience in leading business culture transformation and developing successful teams.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to £90,000.00 per year
