**Our new opportunities**

**Head of Adult Social Care Delivery -** **_Locality, Prevention and Discharge, and Enablement and Independence Services_**

You will manage the assessment of need, care delivery / planning, review, personalisation and safeguarding of adults to the highest standards to promote independence, choice, and control, and lead the Councils in house direct care services. Your senior management and budgetary experience will be underpinned by knowledge of the national and local agenda for care services and experience of developing strategies and commissioning.

You could have a Social Work, Nursing or AHP degree level qualification and/or extensive senior management experience in Local Authority Adult Social Care Service management. In either case your experience of working with adults in need and vulnerable adults.

**Head of Adult Social Care Delivery -** **_Working Age, Protection and Quality Standards Services_**

You will manage the assessment of need, care delivery / planning, review, personalisation and safeguarding of adults to the highest standards to promote independence, choice, and control. Your senior management and budgetary experience will be underpinned by knowledge of the national and local agenda for care services and experience of developing strategies and commissioning.

You will be a qualified social worker with experience of working with adults in need and vulnerable adults.

**Head of All Age Commissioning**

Leading and manage the commissioning, contract management and quality assurance functions for children and families, older adults, and people of working age, you will ensure evidence based and outcome focused functions and solutions.

With experience of working with children or adults in need and vulnerable adults or children and knowledge of the national and local agenda for care functions, you will have managed diverse multi-disciplinary teams and have experience of developing strategies and function design or commissioning.

You will have extensive knowledge and experience of strategic commissioning of either Children's and/or Adults' services and a track record of transforming teams to deliver improved performance and service quality.

**Head of Performance and Service Development**

You will lead and manage the performance and service development functions for adult social care, education, and children's social care to optimise statutory compliance, evidence-based practice, and continuous improvement.

With a project management qualification or equivalent significant experience, you must have knowledge of case management and other complex IT systems in people functions. Your experience of developing or managing production, reporting and assurance of complex data will underpin a track record of leading large-scale transformation.

**And finally.**

We will also expect you to have strong negotiation skills, the ability to think strategically, experience of managing relationships and partnerships at a senior level and detailed knowledge of the social care market.
