**Role overview**
Team RH TLC Ltd. is a sister company to Team RH, responsible for all of our merchandise. TLC source and supply products to support our users through every step of their Team RH journey, from weighing themselves each morning to hitting their protein goals. As Head of Commercial you’ll be responsible for the entire merchandise branch of Team RH. You’ll ensure efficient running of the warehouse and distribution functions, as well as overseeing the marketing strategy and day to day operations. You’ll also be responsible for growing and developing the business, overseeing new product development, identifying market trends and customer demands to expand our merchandise offerings.
This job is based fully in house at our Team Valley offices and will report directly into the CFO of Team RH Fitness Ltd.
Hours for this position are Monday - Friday / 9am - 5pm.
**Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute brand-building strategies to establish Team RH TLC as a recognised and trusted brand in the industry.
- Ensure consistent branding across all touchpoints, including our website, marketing materials and customer interactions.
- Oversee marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, and traditional advertising, to promote our products and services.
- Oversee the NPD lifecycle and successfully take new products to market.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders in Team RH to ensure alignment between both business strategies.
- Implement strategies to attract new customers and increase customer retention.
- Analyse customer demographics and preferences to tailor marketing efforts to target audiences effectively.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities, create sales funnels, and optimise the sales process.
- Identify market trends and customer demands to expand our merchandise offerings.
- Collaborate with product development and procurement teams to ensure a diverse and competitive product range.
- Lead and manage a high-performing team.
- Set clear goals, provide mentorship, and ensure team members have the tools and resources to succeed.
- Efficient operational running of the warehouse and distribution functions.
- Promote and ensure health and safety is a top priority within the business.
**Skills and qualifications**
- At least 3 years within a Head of Commercial.
- Previous experience in a sales-focused role would be beneficial.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to guide and motivate teams.
- Excellent organisational skills to balance and prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of project management and risk management.
- Solid financial skills, including financial reporting abilities.
- Strong marketing development skills to successfully introduce new products into the mainstream.
- Knowledge of laws and regulations and industry trends.
- Strong strategic and negotiation skills to make sound commercial decisions.
