- As a copy lead, you will be leading a team of writers responsible for their workload, development and creative output working on projects. You will lead by example writing stand out content work across a wide range of projects. You will need to be an expert in our brands tone of voice knowing how to push the boundaries whilst still ensuring we remain true to the brands principles. You will be working closely with your stakeholders taking on briefs, presenting creative and receiving direct feedback as well as working with them to constantly evaluate, test and optimise our work and reacting quickly to the results to ensure our creative is having the best impact possible.- We have big ambitions for this team so if you think you can push our marketing creative to new heights, we would love to hear from you.**Your core duties include**:

- Working with marketing team reviewing creative produced by 3rd parties and giving feedback on how to push work whilst keeping it on brand.
- Concepting writing and reviewing creative for a wide range of marketing collateral.
- Concepting and producing visually engaging, on-brand and consistent visuals across motion and static formats.
- Build strong relationships with your stakeholders and wider creative team.
- Work closely with our design team to develop creative that brings your content to life visually.
- Work closely with the head of creative and design developing high profile projects.
- Work with external suppliers on content writing and development.
- Responding quickly to stakeholder briefs and actively optimising your creative.
- Taking on feedback and implementing appropriate amends.
- Working closely with our brand team to understand the BT and EE brands fully as well as push creative forward.
- Writing strategy for high profile creative projects

**Skills and experience required**:

- Previous experience working in in house design team or creative agency
- Ability to manage other designers giving creative direction and constructive feedback.
- Conceptual thinking and the ability to bring ideas to life.
- Strong copywriting experience with a broad portfolio which demonstrates your experience covering a wide range of content.
- Strong creative thinking and experience in developing and executing creative concepts.
- Experienced in following brand guidelines.
- Confidence to present and explain ideas and feedback to senior stakeholders and colleagues.
- Incredible attention to detail.
- Proven experience in writing content across a wide range of formats - Print, Motion, Digital and events.
- Educated to degree level or equivalent copywriting experience.
- Commercial awareness with the ability to understand the target audience.
- Ability to write copy for different audience types in a variety of styles and formats.
