We are building an inclusive, human-centred product and are looking for an experienced Copy Lead to become part our remote team and our mission to elevate the human experience of sexuality and relationships.

You will be responsible for the verbal identity of the Feeld brand and the quality and consistency of our copy across all touchpoints while mentoring in-house and freelance copywriters.

To be right for this role, you should have 5+ years of experience as a conceptual copywriter, either at a top-tier creative agency or on an in-house brand team.

**What you will do**:

- Generate cut-through creative concepts in response to creative briefs.
- Act as guardian of the tone and voice of the brand.
- Develop scalable processes to drive consistent style and voice alignment—training, documentation, workflows etc.
- Support content, growth and product teams to ensure on-brand execution across channels and markets.
- Manage, mentor and nurture in-house and freelance copywriters working across brand, growth and product.
- Be hands on at times; writing, editing and problem solving on projects big and small.

**Requirements**:
**About you**:

- At least five years’ experience as a conceptual copywriter, either at a top-tier creative agency or on an in-house brand team.
- Experience of creating head-turning copy for big brand moments.
- Experience of being the guardian of tone, voice and style guidelines.
- Ability and desire to oversee and mentor writers.
- Strong conceptual thinker and confident stylist. Able to write lucid, clear copy without sacrificing emotional complexity.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Precise and competent editor, with a hawk’s eye for detail and a willingness to accept imperfection when the context demands it.
- Ability to adapt copy according to nuance and context of different platforms and touchpoints.
- Deep interest in and curiosity about the evolution and future of sexuality, identity and relationships.

- At Feeld we believe all humans deserve to make a competitive wage. That's why we offer a Baseline Freedom Salary of £60,000 GBP per year.
- The total cash compensation for this role is determined by Level and Step, as well as geographic location, but we estimate that this role can earn between £65,000 - £110,000 GBP based on the requirements listed in this job description.
