**Job purpose

  • Strong people management and leadership skills in order to hire, develop, and inspire the Copy Editing/writing team through mentorship, direction, and pacesetting
  • Lead multiple projects to completion in accordance with deadlines and take responsibility for the editorial standard and volume of output across team and its members
  • Work with the Stakeholders and content producers to ensure that Tone of Voice (TOV) guidelines adhered too regardless of language or channel (including but not limited to UK, Italy, Germany, France, Netherlands and Spain)
  • Coordinate / centralise all translations across the business (this team must be the single point of translation)
  • Ensuring, in combination with the SEO team, our copy is Key Word indexed where needed
  • Personally producing and implementing best practice
  • Management of external resources and suppliers
**We're looking for someone who must have: - Strong copyediting / writing experience, with a portfolio that demonstrates versatility, a digital focus, and persistent quality

  • Excellent knowledge of design automation systems to increase speed to market (Jasper.
AI etc)

  • Excellent Copy Editor and Copy Writing skills, specifically social snippets and longform with exceptional attention to detail
  • Experience working inhouse and/or at a Fintech is a bonus
  • Able to digest and respond to constructive feedback to further improve output
  • An excellent communicator able to influence, assure and the confidence to challenge
  • Dependable communication and organisational skills, with excellent spoken and written English
