Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Copy Editor to join our team in the UK. As a Copy Editor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy, clarity, and consistency of our legal content.
About the Role
As a Copy Editor, you will be responsible for:
- Editing and proofreading legal know-how resources to ensure they meet our high standards
- Liaising with authors and editors to ensure seamless content delivery
- Developing proficiency in our web publishing system to streamline content management
- Providing regular feedback and training to editors to enhance their skills
- Contributing to editorial product development projects to integrate our content with other Thomson Reuters products
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent project management and prioritization skills
- Strong team working skills and adaptability
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- An undergraduate degree in Law or a related field, plus the GDL
- Previous experience in an editorial role, or experience in a legal setting
