The Company:
I'm working in partnership with a very well-known charity that has been hugely successful for several years. This company has created an environment and business that is making changes on a global scale and has had such an impact on its area of specialism.They strive to create lasting change and deliver fantastic content to build awareness of their stories.
The Role:
I'm looking for a great copywriter or copy manager to bring this brand to life by creating, developing, and implementing the use of compelling propositions, succinct key messages, and engaging copy to achieve organization-wide objectives.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Develop and implement propositions and key messages to drive greater engagement with the brand.
- Modification of own and others copy to meet requirements, ensuring copy for high-level, priority projects is accurate, insight-driven, compliant, and consistent.
- Line management of a Copywriter. Offering guidance and support and ensuring they're able to meet their agreed objectives.
- Work with Design and Content Managers and Creative Lead to develop and pitch new concepts to a wide range of stakeholders across the organisation.
- Be a brand guardian. Develop, edit, maintain and creatively share guidelines and toolkits for brand campaigns and key strategic projects.
- Manage external freelance resource and team budget.
- Keep up to date with trends in copywriting and new developments in digital communications, content marketing and social media.
You must be:
- Experienced and confident with a proven track record in developing, implementing, and evaluating compelling brand and campaign propositions to create shifts in the awareness, engagement, or income-generating capacity of an organisation.
- Ability to work across a wide range of strategic projects and juggle conflicting priorities.
- An ability to analyse and interpret research to develop copy rooted in insight.
- Proven experience in developing and maintaining a clear and consistent brand voice.
- Line management experience.
- Able to promote an understanding of, and a commitment to, the vision, mission, and values of the business.
