Proposition Marketing Manager

Mason Blake is seeking a skilled Proposition Marketing Manager to join their Marketing and Communications team. This role will play a crucial part in articulating strategic priorities and defining the company's value proposition.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create engaging online and offline marketing materials that effectively communicate the company's value propositions to various audiences.
  • Collaborate with central and local marketing teams to design and activate campaigns that promote the company's propositions.
  • Develop training content for Sales and Marketing that aligns with key propositions and helps position the company with clients.
  • Work closely with Product Marketing to design a messaging framework that connects the company's core propositions to its underlying products and solutions.
  • Partner with Investment Content and Media Relations to ensure the content pipeline supports the promotion of propositions and any campaign activity.
  • Support the internal and external events program, identifying opportunities to showcase propositions and working with participants to ensure content is on message.
  • Act as the point of contact for campaign-related assets.
  • Manage responsibilities for the Proposition Marketing Executive.
Requirements:
  • Experience in marketing or content roles, with a strong understanding of investments and commercial realities.
