I am currently recruiting for an experienced propositions manager to join an established and well-loved national high street retailer. They are dedicated to providing convenient, delicious, and innovative food solutions for people on the move. Their Food-to-Go range is a key part of their offering and are now looking for a dynamic Proposition Manager to lead this exciting category to new heights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for developing and launching new food-to-go products that meet the evolving tastes and needs of customers
  • Ensuring the F2G offering is fit for the various retail outlets and optimising the offering in each location
  • Working with key partner brands to enhance and the food partnerships brands offered for the food2go propositions
  • Ensure all products align with the brand values and deliver exceptional quality.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including R&D, marketing, and supply chain to bring the F2G propositions to life.
  • Continually review Market Analysis, ensuring you stay ahead of trends, understand consumer behaviours, and identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Review the FTG offering on a regular basis Monitor product performance, drive continuous improvement to ensure quality & financial targets are met.

Key requirements for the role

  • Proven buying / category management experience within fast-moving Food Service / Convenience / Food-to-Go / FMCG environment.
  • Passion for food with a genuine love for food with a creative mindset
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise & negotiate effectively at all levels.
  • Able to adapt swiftly in a fast-paced market.
  • Strong team player
  • Excellent understanding of all MS Office products.
