About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Content and Copy Manager to join our team at Bellrock Property and Facilities Management. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a content strategy that showcases our brand's unique value proposition and resonates with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with our business objectives and resonates with our target audience.
  • Create engaging content across various digital and offline channels, including web copy, internal communications, sales enablement documents, and more.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop impactful content strategies that deliver our strategic goals.
  • Manage and maintain our brand's tone of voice and style guide to ensure consistency across all content.
  • Monitor and analyze content performance using data and analytics tools to inform future content decisions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in content marketing, creation, and copywriting, preferably in B2B environments.
  • Proven track record of creating compelling, engaging copy that delivers strong SEO and PPC success.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, digital marketing strategies, and content management systems (CMS).
  • Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and marketing analytics tools.
