We are seeking a highly skilled Content and Copy Manager to join our team at Bellrock Property and Facilities Management. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a content strategy that showcases our brand's unique value proposition and resonates with our target audience.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with our business objectives and resonates with our target audience.
- Create high-quality, engaging content across various digital and offline channels, including web copy, social media, email marketing, and events.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all marketing channels.
- Manage and maintain our website content, ensuring it is up-to-date, accurate, and optimized for search engines.
- Develop and implement a content calendar to ensure timely and consistent content publication.
- Monitor and analyze content performance using metrics such as engagement rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in content marketing and adjust our strategy accordingly.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in content marketing, creation, and copywriting, preferably in B2B environments.
- Proven track record of creating compelling, engaging copy that drives results.
- Strong understanding of SEO, digital marketing strategies, and content management systems (CMS).
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
