**About Our Crown Estate Team**:
Our Crown Estate team provides specialist services to our client with financial, asset management, compliance and project management roles. We work closely with key contacts to ensure the highest levels of service and delivery. Our long association with the Crown Estate is based on a deep knowledge of the sector and a multidisciplinary approach to projects.

**Role Context**:
The primary focus of this position is to produce seabed survey licences and support the team with administrative tasks. You will also have exposure to other areas of work such as Financial administration and financial support, assisting with publications and meeting organisation ( e.g arranging workshops/ conferences).

**Job Role**:

- Seabed Survey Licences / Marine Conflict Checks
- Recording and issuing deliverables (to include seabed survey licences, conflict checks)
- Recording and distributing incoming documentation
- Developing and maintaining interactive document registers
- Formatting of documents to Client specific specification
- Keeping project data up-to-date
- Running the project review registerAssisting with project data control on large projects as appropriate- Support to PMs with QMS / Audit compliance
- Preparing monthly data packs ( with accountant colleagues)
- Assisting with compliance requirements, spatial checks
- Market research / data analysis
- Contribute and attend team meetings (formal / informal in-person or virtual); record meeting notes/ minutes
