**Responsibilities**:

- Answer all enquiries from new parents and schools, file all enquiries and follow response processes (full training on this will be provided)
- Set up all monthly subscriptions from parents on our admin app (full training will be provided)
- Set up ticket listings for end of term gigs on Skedda (full training will be provided)
- First point of contact for any queries, issues etc from tutors/parents

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
- Proficient in using Outlook/Office 360, Google Drive
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: From £12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 9 per week
