As a Marketing & Administrative Assistant, you will be an integral part of our team, working closely with colleagues to achieve our goals.
Job DescriptionThis exciting role combines marketing and administrative responsibilities, offering a unique opportunity to develop a wide range of skills. You will work closely with our New Business team to create engaging content, manage events, and analyze campaign performance. Your expertise will help us drive business growth, enhance our brand reputation, and deliver exceptional results for our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Support the development of marketing strategies, including social media, email marketing, and event planning.
- Collaborate with the New Business team to create compelling content, case studies, and sales materials.
- Manage and coordinate marketing activities, ensuring alignment with Designate's agency strategy and goals.
- Develop and implement effective content creation plans, leveraging social media, email marketing, and other channels.
- Provide administrative support, including HR files, appraisal setting, CPD, and supply management.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing and/or administrative roles.
- Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to create engaging content for various audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies, including social media marketing and content creation.
The estimated salary for this position is £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a range of benefits, including:
