Administrative Property Specialist

We are seeking an organized and methodical Administrative Property Specialist to join our team.

About the Role
  • Tenant Enquiries: Respond to inquiries from potential tenants, providing information about available properties and answering any questions they may have.
  • Booking and Conducting Viewings: Arrange viewings for potential tenants and accompany them on visits to properties.
  • Discussing Applications with Landlords: Communicate with landlords regarding tenant applications, ensuring all necessary paperwork is in order.
  • Submitting Referencing: Gather and submit referencing documentation for potential tenants.
  • Check-Ins, Inspections, and Rent Reviews: Carry out regular property inspections, conduct rent reviews, and ensure compliance with rental agreements.
  • Arranging Maintenance: Coordinate maintenance tasks with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely resolution of any issues.
Requirements
  • Experience in Lettings/Property Management: A proven track record in lettings administration or a related field.
  • Full UK Driving License and Own Vehicle: Must hold a full driving license and have access to a vehicle for business use. Fuel, mileage, and parking costs will be fully reimbursed.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with tenants, landlords, and other stakeholders.
  • Attention to Detail and Methodical Thinking: Ability to maintain accurate records, manage competing priorities, and think critically to resolve problems.

The estimated salary for this role is £30,000, with opportunities for career growth and development in a dynamic and supportive environment.
