Senior Housing Portfolio Administrator

We seek an accomplished Senior Housing Portfolio Administrator to supervise the administration and maintenance of a diversified portfolio of luxury residential properties.

About the Position:

  • Direct the overall management and upkeep of a large-scale residential property portfolio
  • Act as the primary point of contact for property owners, residents, and other stakeholders
  • Guarantee adherence to all relevant property laws, regulations, and industry best practices
  • Coordinate prompt and efficient maintenance and repair services for all properties within the portfolio
  • Address any property-related issues or disputes in a professional and timely manner
  • Prepare and deliver regular performance reports on the portfolio, highlighting financial performance
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure properties meet established standards
  • Optimize budget allocation to minimize unnecessary expenses

Key Requirements:

  • In-depth knowledge of property administration principles
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills for seamless stakeholder interaction
  • Able to professionally handle conflicts and disputes
  • Attention to detail to ensure meticulous property upkeep and record-keeping
  • Adept at managing budgets and implementing cost-saving strategies

Salary Range: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
