Day’s Fleet is one of the UK’s leading independent vehicle leasing companies, operating 9,000 vehicles across the public and private sector and is part of the Day’s Motor Group.



**Main Purpose of the Job**


A Technical Administrator will form part of our Technical team assisting with the in life management of our vehicles and clients. They must be highly motivated, organised and have excellent attention to detail and thrive in a team environment.


Reporting to the Technical Manager the full time, permanent role will incorporate day to day administration and customer service generated maintaining our fleet of 9,000 vehicles.


Location: Head Office in Garngoch, Swansea, SA4 4LL.

Hours: 8.30 - 17.00 Monday to Friday


**Main Duties**

- Assisting the Technical team with all vehicle in-life management
- Ensuring vehicle records are up to date and accurate
- Liaising with garage network across the UK
- Liaising with clients and drivers across the UK
- Other administrative duties associated with our clients and their vehicles


**Required Aptitude, Skills and Abilities**

- Technical vehicle / workshop knowledge is advantageous but not essential - full in-house training provided
- Proficient Microsoft 365 skills, particularly Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook
- Excellent attention to detail
- Motivated in achieving high levels of customer service
- Strong communicator with confident audio and video call manner and excellent written skills
- Interest in learning and using multiple software systems
- Flexible, helpful, approachable, adaptable, reliable - this role will liaise with all other teams within Day’s Fleet
- Confident in contributing to regular internal and external Teams meetings
- Highly organised with ability to multi task
- Ability to communicate and connect with employees, suppliers and management and take direction but also take the initiative when required
- Work well within a small team whilst also being self-motivated
- Reacting to workload and using initiative to manage several tasks at once
- Be numerate when working with business tasks
