**TECHNICAL ADMINISTRATOR**

**The role**
As an Electrician at Economy Energy Group, you will play a crucial role in our mission to promote sustainable energy solutions. Your responsibilities will include:

- Provide technical admin support to field engineers.
- Managing all company technical data
- Delivering great customer service.
- Manage incoming calls.
- Deal with client correspondence.
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards

**About You**
- Previous administration experience preferably in a technical or construction company
- Previous experience of working with ISO standards
- A natural organiser, able to multi-tasks
- Passion for delivering excellent customer service
- Strong problem solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Excellent IT skills and a competent user of Microsoft packages
