JOB SUMMARY
One of Swansea’s leading discretionary investment managers wishes to appoint a self
- motivated, organised administrator. We operate in a dynamic and fast-paced business with a small highly motivated and professional team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Creating and checking technical data spreadsheets.
- Data entry into operating systems and platforms.
- Recording new business and assisting in monthly reconciliations.
- Producing investment performance reports.
- Assisting with quarterly reporting and compliance.
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Organised, analytical and detail oriented.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Confident using IT such as Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Ability to learn a range of software as required.
- Ability to use initiative and to work independently as well as part of a team is essential.
Experience of office administration or bookkeeping is desirable. Full training will be given.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From £25,000.00 per year
