Morrison Water Services are currently recruiting for an **Operation Support Administrator. **To work on our **Welsh Water **contract in **Clydach.**

**Morrison Water Services** is a proud partner on the Water Network Alliance contract with Dwr Cymru Welsh Water. Our work includes Repair and Maintenance of clean water network assets, new water mains connections, metering, zonal water cleansing and main renewal.

**As the Operation Support Administrator your duties & responsibilities will include**:

- Maintain an efficient and accurate system for ordering and monitoring all purchase orders for the contract
- Collate and submit payroll details for the contract to Head Office
- Coordinate the training needs for the contract and liaise with our training team
- Update local records for compliance ensuring data accuracy
- Request and monitor the plant and materials for the whole contract and provide governance to the commercial team.
- Liaise and support our operational function, including supervisors and managers for the day to day running of the contract.

**Skills & Knowledge Requirements**:

- Previous administrative experience
- Effective communication skills
- Experience working in an operational role within the utilities/construction sector, is desirable
- Excellent time keeping and problem-solving skills
- Computer literate
- Positive attitude and a desire to deliver an excellent service
