Morrison Water Services is recruiting for a Administrator to work on our Dwr Cymru / Welsh Water contract based in Clydach.

As the Administrator you will be part of our New Connections department who are responsible for ensuring all teams are allocated their works via track my job as well as inputting this data into our internal system. Ensuring all commercial aspects of the works are accounted for and work carried out reflects that.

Morrison Water Services is a UK leading Clean & Waste Water infrastructure provide, with defined growth plans over the next 5 years. With a workforce of more than 2,500 operating daily in local communities, our people work hard to keep customers connected and taps flowing.

As the Administrator you will be data handling. Inputting information into various systems used internally to support the client in delivering excellent customer service for their regulatory C-Mex and D-Mex outputs. You will need to ensure all information is captured in SAP and through customer based trackers. You will be liaising with the wider team to ensure the information being input is correct and carried out in a timely manner.

You will need to promote the highest levels of integrity within the business, demonstrate professionalism and uphold the MWS code of conduct at all times. Support the Planning Supervisor in making an active contribution to the promotion of the planning departments performance against the contractual targets.

Do you have previous administrative experience? This is essential for the role

Have you maintained good computer knowledge and self-assured in the use of MS Office packages?

Maintain and hold excellent communication skills on all levels?

Have the ability to prioritise and organise own workload
