As a **Service Scheduler** you will provide full and varied support to our team of regionally based technicians and subcontractors through liaison, organization and scheduling of onsite service works.

You will provide plan dates and job status updates to both internal and external stakeholders, reporting all Service activities across the whole South West region and South Wales ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction are met and maintained.

**The Role includes**:

- Logging new service calls/customer liaison via SAP Service Module.
- Daily planning on Job Logic of allocated service technicians to meet customer requirements.
- Updating Job Logic planning activities
- Housekeeping and updating our SAP database, sites, equipment etc.
- Updating our customers on their open/ongoing repairs or orders.
- Liaising with other internal departments where required.
- Organising plant to enable technicians to access and complete onsite works.
- Issuing standard RAMS as requested to ensure onsite works can be facilitated.
- General administrative duties as required to support the operation of the Service department.

**Requirements**:

- Previous scheduling experience is essential.
- Prior experience of working in a varied administrative role in a busy environment.
- A good working knowledge of the MS Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Professional and courteous telephone manner with ability to build strong relationships.
- Good communication and teamworking skills are essential.
- The ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise workloads in a fast changing landscape.
- Knowledge of SAP would be an advantage but not essential as full training will be provided.
