**The purpose of the role is to**
- Schedule the production process relating to employee, material, and equipment availability
- Monitoring production process, workflow, and schedules to ensure on-time delivery
- Planning and organizing the company manufacturing schedule

**What you’ll be doing**
- Run the MOM (Manufacturing Operations Management) program in Syspro MRP efficiently
- Monitor production process, workflow, and schedules
- Efficiently assign production to minimize company costs and meet delivery deadlines
- Review production, employee, and material shortage problems quickly in an order of priority
- Create, monitor, and analyze production schedules
- Coordinate with Production, purchasing, and finance teams to develop and maintain scheduling parameters
- Ensure the production process is efficiently managed (through production scheduling)
- Generate production reports
- Identifying problems and helping improve processes
- Ensuring deadlines are met

**What success looks like**
- Production flow through the workshop without a problem
- Units being delivered on time
- Production faults reduced to minimum
- Quality product leaving the building on time
- Meeting production goals deadlines and customer needs

**We’d love to meet someone who has**
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong leadership and planning skills
- Experience in production
- Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks
- Excellent computer skills (Essential)
- Effective communication skills (Essential)
- Ability to create and understand reports to make production decisions
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and take independent initiatives when need arises.
- Knowledge of MRP systems & Lean Manufacturing (Desirable)
