**The Opportunity**

Reporting to the Scheduling Manager, the Scheduling Assistant will be the key communicator between the Customer, Scheduler and Field Service Engineers, working proactively to deliver the best possible customer experience. You will be the first point of contact for all customer and engineer queries relating to servicing and will ensure all stakeholders are informed of the status of jobs and that details are accurately captured on all systems.
