In this role you will be_ act _as the company’s senior individual for resource planning in the organization.

**What the role will involve**

The responsibilities of your role will include the following:

- Support and maintenance of Microsoft Project and/or Timewriter and StaffIt servers
- Develop and take ownership of scheduling processes
- Monitor and maintain data quality
- Working with PMs to ensure schedules and demand are aligned
- Monitor future resource demand and availability
- Monitor historic demand and supply, identifying anomalies
- Driving monthly reporting cycle
- Assist with mentoring and career development of all schedulers and contract staff
- Develop and take ownership of L3 resource allocation processes

**What you’ll bring**

The role of Senior Scheduler requires the following experience and skills:

- 5+ years of experience creating and maintaining complex work schedules
- Conversant with project costing systems and project risk management
- Knowledge of the methods and tools for planning and scheduling of engineering projects including the resource loading and reporting features of Microsoft Project Server
- Experience with Microsoft PowerBI and data analysis techniques relating to Microsoft Project and scheduling
