The role

As a Senior Scheduler, you will be responsible for the delivery of planning and scheduling support across projects and programmes across our UK Defence portfolio.

Maintain project schedules and keep project resources on track, provide regular project updates to stakeholders, and maintain contact with staff to monitor job progress.

Integrate multiple schedules into a master project schedule, including baselining, status and performance measurement baselines.

Using EVM techniques such as Cost Performance Index (CPI), Schedule Performance Index (SPI), Estimate at Completion (EAC) and Estimate to Complete (ETC).

Troubleshoot and monitor potential scheduling problems.

This role is full-time, 37-hours per week, and based at Bristol site with flexible, hybrid working arrangements.

Essential Experience for the Senior Scheduler

Previous experience of operating as a project scheduler

Knowledge of the development and delivery of complex project schedules using proprietary planning tools, specifically PPM2016 or Primavera P6

Experience of managing a complex project or programme is desirable

Qualifications for the Senior Scheduler

Experience in a similar role is more valuable than a specific qualification for this position
