**Duties**:

- To undertake discharging and adding referrals.
- Minuting weekly MDT
- Checking generic inbox and responding
- To work using own initiative with mínimal supervision, prioritising own workload in line with objectives of the department and consultant teams.
- Ensure confidentiality is maintained at all times, complying with the Data Protection Act, Information Governance and other Trust / Departmental Policies

**Requirements**:

- Experience as a Team Secretary or similar role in a healthcare setting
- Proficiency in medical terminology and electronic health records systems
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of office administrative tasks in a medical environment
