**Position Overview**:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Global Trade Marketing Senior Coordinator - Sell in to join our Global Marketing team here at our Head Office in South Shields. This role will be key to To support the Global Trade Marketing Manager to produce all seasonal sales tools, launch needs, build and management of the NuOrder B2B sales platform, manage product information and samples and seasonal sales analysis.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Build and management of the B2B website NuOrder. This is our global sales platform to showcase seasonal product collections. Upload of data into the site and build out using seasonal campaign imagery and videos. Provide NuOrder support for the regional sales teams throughout the season.
- Delivery of seasonal sales tools: Using NuOrder to build the seasonal range directories for the sales teams. Create look books and selling collateral to aid regional selling.
- Acting as the link between design and marketing, ensuring all vital product information and key selling features are captured and presented in both sales and marketing tools.
- Manage the Barbour Library & Image App ensuring this is up to date with all relevant assets for global markets / stakeholders use.
- Management of the global marketing assets document that holds all product information for each season.
- Key liaison with studio team for all samples needs for photography / assets; Specials, Pick Up Shoots, Consumer Video Edits, Sales tools, E-comm imagery delivery to global markets.
- Work with Global Trade Marketing Manager and support delivery of seasonal Global Launch events; planning critical path and sample co-ordination.
- Undertake seasonal sales analysis from regional sales order information. Providing marketing teams with vital data and insights.
- Undertake any other reasonable activity, as may be required by senior management.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Previous marketing experience (2-3 years)
- Advanced knowledge and skillset in Excel.
- Previous experience working on B2B website (not essential)
- Demonstrates high standards of attention to detail
- Information Technology including: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Internet packages
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to build strong relationships internally and externally
- Flexible methods with a positive approach to change
- Extremely self motivated
- Able to work by self along with good team working skills
- Strong organisational and time management ability
- Willing to go the extra mile and demonstrate commitment to the role/ company
- Able to establish relationships with people at all levels
- Able to work well under pressure, remain calm and demonstrate this style to others
- Uses time effectively - works on high priority actions first
