**The Role**:
In this role you will start immediately and be responsible for delivering the operational and day to day HR functions within the business.

As a HR professional you will need to balance the needs of the business and employees and conduct yourself with integrity and in a professional, empathetic and informative manner.

**Main Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Be a key player in the onboarding of all roles
- Book training
- Collate and reconcile timesheets
- Keep the HR system up to date
- Maintain highly confidential information at all times, demonstrating absolute discretion and sensitivity

**We are looking for individuals who can meet the following requirements**:

- Previous experience working in a HR environment
- Excellent organisational skills, the ability to multitask and deal with a range of enquires
- Ability to work independently, lead on activities where required whilst also being a key contributor to the wider team
- Ability to handle sensitive information in a professional manner and have an understanding of GDPR requirements
- Good attention to detail
- Working knowledge of IT packages Microsoft office

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
