**Customer Liaison Officer - Leicester LE4 - £25,000 pa**

As one of the country’s fastest growing windscreen repair and replacement companies in the U.K Nationwide Windscreen Services offer a fast and efficient service repairing and replacing all vehicle glass across the country. With a combination of owned branches with our sister company Allscreens Nationwide and our large group of Network Members, we have concreted our position as one of the major automotive glazing companies in the UK. Your main priorities will be to support the business in all aspects of customer service making sure our customers receive the service that they expect from the us and what we have provided for many years. Based at our Head Office in Leicester, this role is perfect for someone with the ambition and drive to succeed.

**The Role**
- Handling customer complaints and working with depots to resolve in a timely manner.
- Liaising with depots for job completion updates.
- Communicating with major insurers / fleet customers with WIP (Work in progress) jobs and complaints.
- Responding to customer service issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Adhering to customer service satisfaction goals set by the customer.

- Have a passion for customer service.
- Come from a complaints background or have at least 2 years customer service experience.
- Have good people skills and a passion for collaboration.
- Strong report writing, data management and presentation skills.
- Friendly, professional manner when working with our branches and major customers.
- Be ambitious and want to further their career within the business.

**The Package**
- Job Title - Customer Liaison Officer.
- Salary £25,000 pa.
- 8:30-5:00 Monday-Friday.
- 28 Days Annual Leave (Including Bank Holidays.)
- 40 hours per week.

**Experience**
- Complaints background or at least 2 years Customer service experience -(mandatory).
- FCA knowledge - (preferred but not essential as training will be given).
- Motortrade/service industry experience - (preferred but not essential as training will be given).

Work Location: One location (Head Office, Birstall, Leicester).

Ability to commute/relocate: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required).
